Oplanzey, the grim green brain tentacle monsters, are a macabre and nightmarish species that inhabit the darkest corners of an alien realm. Their appearance is a grotesque fusion of horror and the uncanny. These creatures possess a massive, grotesque head, resembling a putrid, rotting brain, swollen with sickly green pus. The surface of their brain-like heads is riddled with sinister, pulsating veins that throb and writhe with a sickening rhythm. An overpowering, malevolent aura radiates from this central mass. From the base of their loathsome heads extend an array of elongated, slimy, and prehensile tentacles. These tentacles are a sickly, pallid green, covered in vile, viscous mucus. They writhe and slither with an unnatural grace, reaching out with eerie purpose, and ending in gnarled, needle-like barbs.
