On the 8th day of Advent, my true love gave to me, Eight dancing elves, all filled with glee. They twirled and they spun, in a magical trance, With pointy hats and shoes that made them dance. The first elf was nimble, with moves so quick, He cartwheeled and somersaulted, like a magic trick. The second elf wiggled, and shimmied with grace, Leaving trails of glitter all over the place. The third elf pirouetted, with a spin so grand, Leaping through the air, like he was in a fairyland. The fourth elf moonwalked, with style and flair, Gliding across the floor, without a single care. The fifth elf did the tango, with a partner in tow, Dipping and twirling, in a mesmerizing show. The sixth elf breakdanced, popping and locking, Throwing down moves that were truly shocking. The seventh elf tap danced, with rhythmic feet, Creating beats that were simply sweet. And the eighth elf, oh what a sight to see, He did the floss dance, with such hilarity. Eight dancing elves, bringing joy and cheer, Spreading their magic, this time of year. With laughter and smiles, they lit up the room, Making the 8th day of Advent, a day of pure bloom.
