*Original Beta Artist* My brain is a space of chaos and my work can reflect that. I tend to let my hands go wild and scribble to get a base and then come back and draw what my eyes reveal to me. Literally scribbling without looking at the page. This technique is something I do both with physical and digital. From there I then work with what's there like a kid looking for images in the clouds. Then we have shapes, geometry, and lines are something I have also when drawn to. Mashing sharp pixels and glitches with bold lines is definitely a go to when I am doing digital sketches. It's like recreating the moments when you computer or TV freak out and stop functioning properly. Those beautiful accidents are an inspiration. When it comes to illustration I am a fan of the line work being the core, meaning the piece can stand on its own without color. There tends to be a heavy influence from traditional tattooing and surrealism in the line weights with use. Bold, black, and kind of weird. This doesn't mean I don't use color. despite my love of black and white, It's quiet the opposite. I'm very fond of color theory and the emotions combination can evoke. So opposing my greyscale work, my signature color work is rainbows and smiles with a nightmare imagery, creating a lisa frank/horror vibe. Rainbows and blood, a dream come true! So to sum it up my style is black and white, rainbows, pixels, abstraction, and geometry, all thrown into a melting pot. Depending on the spoonful, you may get a different mix of flavors.
